Michelin Dining at Cyrus
It’s easy to recommend Cyrus, the Michelin two-starred restaurant in the heart of Healdsburg. But what happens when you can’t get a reservation, don’t want to dine for 3 hours, or drop several hundred dollars on food and wine? Order off the à la carte menu at the Cyrus Bar for dinner of course. There’s no material difference between the main dining room menu and the bar menu, they just won’t wheel out the impressive cheese tray for you. As the menu changes often, recommending an evergreen dish is difficult, however, one cannot miss with a wonderfully made risotto, Asian inspired seafood dishes, or anything with foie gras. And remember, there is still a dress code in the bar.
