It's hard to complain about being able to choose from a list of over 40 Kentucky bourbons and Tennessee ryes. But the goldmine here is the cocktail list - perhaps you might be interested in the gin-based White Lady, which is mixed with cardamom-infused Cointreau, lemon juice and frothed egg whites? Or possibly a negroni aged 2 months in oak before being served and garnished with a burnt orange peel? Clyde doesn't skimp on the nibs either; happy hour or late night, your belly will be set.
