Casual Dinner at Anchovies & Olives
If you're in the mood for seafood, you may not find a better place to enjoy it than at Anchovies & Olives. It's yet another restaurant by Seattle restaurateur Ethan Stowell, but this in particular is standout, as its concise and refined menu focuses not on salmon, but whatever seafood is in season and the freshest catch of that morning. Stop in at happy hour for the oyster power hour, or for a casual dinner to taste the Italian-inspired dishes that use a minimalistic approach to highlight house-made pasta and that day's fruit-of-the-sea. I, for one, cannot wait to return.
