Farm to Table at Zin Restaurant
Not many chefs can lay claim to having their own farm to help supply their restaurant. Chef and Owner of Zin Restaurant and Eastside Farms Jeff Mall can. Not only does Chef Jeff wake up at dawn to feed his chickens and collect eggs each morning, after 10 plus years he still works the line and the pass every night at the restaurant . Chef Jeff proudly makes his own bacon, pastrami, sausages, BBQ sauce, and his very own Z.1. steak sauce for this seasonal American and Wine Country themed restaurant. Of course, there is a hearty selection of Dry Creek Valley AVA Zinfandel on the wine list, and despite their namesake, the wine list is well rounded with many regional offerings.
