Indian Dinner at Vij's
Vij's doesn't take reservations, and you could wait up to 2 hours to get a table. But the moment you walk in the door and your nostrils widen to the spiced curried aromas meandering through the air, you know the wait will be worth it. Start with the Punjabi heart attack, a spoonful of sweet and spicy cashews, then migrate to the date masala chickpeas atop a bed of grilled kale, and finish with the grilled lamb popsicles in fenugreek cream curry.
