Dinner and Drinks at Beaker and Flask
The reverse-engineered cocktails at Beaker and Flask will blow your proverbial lid. Negronis are made with aquavit and Cynar, and you'll barely recognize the difference between it and a classic negroni. The ravioli gnudi is a must-try, the chantrelles roasted with bone marrow are hauntingly delicious, and the millas (fried polenta topped with house-made bacon, poached egg, maple syrup and paprika) might be my favorite late night nosh.
