Eat with the locals at the Guanajuato Taco Truck

Guanajuato Taco Truck

Intersection of Healdsburg Ave and Alexander Valley Road
Healdsburg, CA
United States

Fri and Sat only. At the intersection of Healdsburg Avenue and Alexander Valley Road is the perfect stop on your way to the Alexander Valley to taste wine. Forget about formality and Michelin dining, you’re about to eat tacos al pastor from a taco truck that caters to both field workers and the wine country elite. I’d put the al pastor up against any taqueria I’ve eaten at. Wonderfully seasoned and tender pork, topped with the perfect balance of salsa, cilantro, and minced onions all on a palm-sized tortilla. Eating out of a taco truck may shatter your vision of what wine country dining should be, but think of it another way, you’ll never have to wait for a table, because there’s plenty of room to stand.
